There are a billion things to love about a poor, street smart kid turned Wall Street kingpin. This show is a clash of the titans with hedge fund beast Bobby “Axe” Axelrod (played by Damian Lewis) vs. evil genius US attorney Chuck Rhoades (played by Paul Giamatti) vs. impressive newcomer Taylor Mason (played by Asia Kate Dillon) vs. the countless diabolical douchebags that surround them.
I’m all in.
Sure, the empire building, back stabbing, cross dressing, hostile takeovers and psychological mindeffing are a delight to watch. But my favorite part of the whole show is the music, perfectly chosen by Eskmo. Somehow, he makes AC/DC, Marcy Playground and Sinatra make sense.
